Gene Rubel, Managing Director

Mr. Rubel, President of InterLink Technologies Inc., has a proven track record as a CEO of many hi-tech companies and has more than 20 years of experience in managing international strategic alliances. InterLink focuses on strategic alliances between American and International companies in CleanTech. Mr. Rubel has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and currently served as the chairman of the, CleanTech Committee, American Israel Chamber of Commerce South East.

Dr. Eli Miller, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Miller is an international expert and leader in the area of water and wastewater treatment and the president of Advent International He has served as a consultant to many industries and public utilities nationally and internationally where he has introduced new concepts and innovative ideas including the authorship of numerous technical reports and publications in the field of environmental engineering. Dr. Miller received his Ph.D in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and B.Sc and M.Sc from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Avraham Israeli, Director, Israel Operations

Avraham Israeli is the Director of Israel Operations of the CFWT in addition to running his own consulting company A.R. Israeli Technologies dealing with Environmental and Water technologies. Mr. Israeli has substantial experience working with the water and environmental technology sectors in Israel, being the director in charge of these sector at the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute (IEICI) for 12 years. Mr. Israeli received his M.Sc degree in Agriculture and Economics, from the Hebrew University, Faculty of Agriculture.
